It is easy to operate the glass touch digital display with controls and a LED-backlit display that are also easy to understand. You have the 4 cooking modes of Bake, Broil, Warm and Proof, Start, Cancel/Off, Cook Time, Delay Time, Clean Self/Steam, Oven Lights, Set Clock, Timer On/Off, Lock Controls (Hold 3 secs) along with 1 to 10 numbers. The Lock Control function is for locking the oven for security from your kids or unintentional touching of buttons.
The built-in style GE JK3000SFSS weighs 123.1 pounds and measures 26.7 x 26.7 x 30.2 inches. This built-in style electric oven has the ceramic burner. The strong heat is distributed evenly throughout the interior, around and into your ingredients by the hidden bake element. The GE Oven needs a 27 5/8 min and 28 1/8 max of opening height and 25″ min and 25 1/4” max of opening width. The installation depth is 23.5 inches and the front section overlaps an inch on all 4 sides. The oven measures 26 3/4W X 28 3/4H X 26 5/8D inches overall. The control panel and the window are black and the rest is stainless steel. The oven vents itself through the 
front bottom- the opening that you see in the photo. There is a broiler element at the top with the low and high settings (Broil Hi/Low button is on the left top) on the panel but doesn’t include a broiler pan, which you need to get separately.
GE JK3000SFSS Oven has the self cleaning function with a button on the right hand side of the control panel. You may use foil in the oven tray for roasting or baking your ingredients, but not on the bottom of the oven or on the racks. It comes with two racks that are easy to wash and wipe clean. Please note that this is not a convection oven, but they can also deliver and install the convection version of this same oven. It is a very nice looking premium oven that will fit in perfectly with your other appliances in your kitchen. It works quietly and you will only hear a ticking noise when it is first heating up. It is not cheap but you’re getting what you pay for.
