Each cycle takes between 11 and 20 minutes and 45 square ice cubes are dropped into the ice basket with a 29 lb. capacity. It has a decent modern standalone design and can be installed anywhere in your house or restaurant as long as there is a water outlet nearby. It is stainless steel inside and out and is rust resistant and durable.

You need to keep it unplugged when you’re cleaning it. By pressing the + and – buttons you will be adjusting the ice thickness in the next or following ice cycles. The drain doesn’t pump the water out but is a gravity type drain. It turns itself off when the ice bin is full and then restarts when the ice level or the weight is lower. The ice melts but very slowly and the excess water gets drained by the drain hose.
It is ventilated through the front and you can install it in a cabinet if you wish. Please note that it is designed for indoor use only, and not outdoors. The claimed 99 lb. ice making capacity in 24 hours is at the -5 thickness, it will be 89.5 pounds at 0 and roughly 75 pounds and +5 thickness.
