This Ninja Indoor Grill sizzles, sears and air crisps. The 500-degree Fahrenheit air circulation of the Cyclonic grilling technology and the built-in smart probe help cook the ingredients inside very nicely. The air circulation is great for surround searing and the very high temp very dense grill grate makes the lovely char-grilled marks and flavors. Foodi Pro offers a variable fan speed and a large range of temperatures between 105 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. You’ll get great results with the grill control settings of Low, Medium, High and Max. And there are 5 quick and flexible functions of bake, roast, air crisp, grill and dehydrate. There is no pressure cooking function.
You’ll need about 75% less fat or oil than deep frying for the hand-cut fries inside the 4-quart size crisper basket. Please note that It is not recommended to cook a whole chicken or turkey in this air fryer basket. You don’t need to worry about overcooking or undercooking thanks to the built-in smart probe. Even though some people like pausing the cooking and probing with an instant thermometer, there is no need with this grill and also no need for guesswork. You can just multi task efficiently and attend your other duties in the kitchen or in the house when your meal is being cooked the way it should. You choose the cooking function and will see the food temperature when cooking. You’ll get an alert from the cooker when your meals is ready.
