And you probably wouldn’t want to store your bottles in an ordinary fridge that you keep your food and other drinks at temperatures and humidity levels you wouldn’t want for your white and red bottles.
NutriChef has an LCD-backlit digital panel with two temp displays and touch controls for light on and off, and temperature up and down for both zones. The 18-bottle capacity is for standard size 750ml bottles that measure 12.25H x 2.87D inches.You can store large or different shaped bottles by removing a shelf or two. It has a reinforced clear glass door and an airtight glass door seal to keep the cool air inside. So the temperatures for your white and red bottles stay consistent and stable in both zones with the precision cooling system of an integrated circulation fan and a ventilation grill.
The refractive index, tannins and acidity will not be changed in your wine bottles when you store them in this wine cooler, maintaining the taste and flavors. You can set the temperatures for two zones precisely in Fahrenheit or Celcius, between 54 and 64 degrees Fahrenheit in the 
lower section, and between 46 and 64 degrees Fahrenheit in the upper zone. To switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius please hold the light button for five seconds.
The shelves slide in and out easily and you’ll also find a vertical shelf at the bottom for keeping the taste and flavors in your opened bottles. It is ideal for home kitchens or home offices and will store your precious bottles and show them off nicely with the blue LED light that you can turn on and off via the display panel. It weighs 33.1 pounds and measures 20D x 13.6W x 25.4H inches- is compact and fairly lightweight to be moved around easily when needed.
For those intending to use it as a built-in under the counter cooler, firstly it is only 25.4 inches tall and needs space on both sides for airflow. It works quietly without disturbing you or people in the room. The price tag seems fair for what you’re getting- build quality, design and functionality.
