It can be used straight out of the box with basically no assembly needed. You can simply unfold it, plug it into a power outlet and start exercising. This foldable treadmill deck has the patented folding technology. It is a fiberboard deck with the soft gel cushioning that offers a great low impact workout, better than many other treadmill models on the market. It measures 36.57L x 29.02W x 6.1H inches. The exercise area on the tread belt is 47.2 x 17.3 inches, which is quite all right for a foldable treadmill that will only take up 1/2 m2 space in the folded state. The way ‘Adaptive Speed’ mechanism on this smart treadmill works is you move back to the belt to lower your speed and move closer to the front for a higher speed. Or you can alternatively use the remote control included to change the speed. It offers a great home cardiovascular solution in a space saving design. And you can get more detailed stats of your workout performance 
directly on your smartphone or tablet. You can just download the ‘RunningPad Companion’ application on your smart device and synchronize the treadmill to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth.
It is fitted with the 2 built-in transportation wheels for being moved around easily and stored wherever you want in your house. With its slimline low profile design- 2.2″ off the ground you can fit under your bed, in your closet or in any corner. If you find that the treadmill is not powering up, the first reason is the safety key is not in properly. Try that and if it doesn’t work, please call the customer service people that will be happy to assist you or send local engineers over for fixing. The tread belt needs to get lubricated regularly, but is easy to do. Please note that this treadmill does not have the manual or auto incline function.
