The seven cooking modes on this high-end steam oven include regular convection baking, grill, steam, warm, defrost, ferment, and steam & grill at the same time. You can make a variety of meals, desserts, and side dishes with this brand new convection oven. You can set the internal temperature precisely between 40 and 230 degrees Celsius. The steam temperature can be adjusted between 55 and 115 degrees Celsius, grill between 40 and 230 degrees and steam & grill between 120 and 230.
The heat is circulated evenly with the integrated convection fan for consistency and enhanced textures. It can be used in the kitchens of small flats and houses that lack a lot of space with its convenient portable countertop design. You have about 1 cubic feet of volume inside which is quite spacious and you can fit in up to 40 pieces of chicken wings, 5 to 6 pounds of fish and two 10″ pizzas on its easy-glide racks.
