Emeril Lagasse Power Air Fryer 360 is a stainless steel multifunctional 9-in-1 cooker/air fryer oven by Tristar Products Inc with 1500-watt power. It works as a toaster oven for baking, slow cooking, broiling, dehydrating, roasting (with a rotisserie spit) and making pizza.
You’ll get a drip tray, a crisper tray, baking pan, rotisserie spit, pizza rack and a cook book with many recipes by Emeril. This commercial level air fryer oven can replace your regular oven with its 9 functions and 5 very powerful heating elements for even cooking. You’ll find three heating elements at most in most convection ovens. This compact oven with an XL 930 cubic inch capacity and 1500W power will cook your food about 40% quicker than normal ovens.
You can roast a good size turkey, toast 6 slices of bread in the custom toaster, slow cook for ten hours, air fry a whole chicken, dehydrate fruits and veggies, bake pizza and more with the 12 pre-set cooking functions. You’ll get crispy and tasty results consistently with the 360-degree quick cook technology and 5 very powerful heating elements in a whirlwind of very hot air. There is no need for adding oil or fat and the air fryer will be the same as deep fried in terms of taste and texture.
The 12 pre-set functions on the blue LCD-backlit display panel are Air fry, bake, toast, reheat, rotisserie, broil, roast, slow cook, bagel, pizza, dehydrate, and warm/reheat. It weighs almost 20 pounds and measures 21.8 x 16.8 x 12.5 inches with the interior dimensions of 10.5 x 13 inches. You can cook a large chicken or turkey that weighs up to 10 pounds but up to 4 pounds on the rotisserie spit because of the spinning. But the interior may be a 
little smaller than you expect. The maximum temperature for this power air fryer is around 450 degrees Fahrenheit. And the exterior can get a bit hot to touch and you may want to be careful.
Emeril Power Air Fryer 360 is great for toasting, baking, air frying, broiling and a variety of other purposes and is very easy to clean once you’re done if you don’t mind the outside getting a bit too hot. The recipes in the cookbook are quite good but better instructions may be needed for some people. It cooks quickly and without oil, but you need to be careful not to overcook or burn your ingredients thinking this is regular oven. The cookies, cakes and muffins are also reported to turn out great. It may take a little time to get used to but generally speaking it is easy to use. Overall it offers decent value for the dollar and it is not expensive for all that you’re getting- a 9-in-1 Cooker / Air Fryer.
